FREE STRUCTURED QUESTIONNAIRE FORMAT
A research instrument known as a questionnaire includes a series of questions as well as other prompts for the purpose of gathering information from respondents. The majority of the time, it is constructed for the purpose of conducting statistical analysis on the responses. As stated by Sekeran (2003), a questionnaire is a pre-formulated written set of questions to which respondents record their answers, typically within rather closely defined alternatives. I am a postgraduate student at the department and institution that was just mentioned, and I am currently conducting research on the topic of Strategic Human Capital Development and Organizational Performance, Case Study of Flour Mills in Nigeria. The purpose of this questionnaire is to glean the pertinent information that will enable me to write a thesis on the aforementioned subject in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the award of a Master of Business Administration degree (Management).
