ABSTRACT

How teaching strategies impact student performance is the key area of interest in the education sector. This study looked at the strategies used to teach biology courses to students studying biology education in a particular Nigerian institution. Three distinct goals served as the study’s direction: Determine the degree to which teaching methods and biology education students’ performance in Nigerian institutions are correlated by identifying the teaching methods used in biology instruction, evaluating biology education students’ perceptions of the appropriateness of teaching methods used in teaching in public secondary schools, and more.
