Candidates must possess
Must possess at least five (5) credits in the O’level WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings

Applicants are advised to generate an invoice from the school website at https://portal.federalpolyoko.edu.ng/screeningapplication.aspx , Then make payment at the designated banks or online using ATM card through the verified payment links on the school website after that, they can now proceed with the registration registration by clicking APPLY NOW on the school website .

The official price for the POST-UTME form is N2000.
