INTRODUCTIO

Researchers, universities, commercial groups, and farmers all contribute to the creation of new agricultural technologies. Extension, consultation, business development, and agricultural information services (among others) are designed to provide clients with cutting-edge technologies (people who are involving in agriculture). In direct response to their clients’ expectations, research and advisory services are responsible for offering highly accurate, thorough, and unbiased technical and managerial information and suggestions. Farmers’ adoption of new agricultural technology might be slow at times due to insufficient ties between research and advisory services, and research is rarely focused on farmers’ actual needs. Bad ties between R&E-Farmers and ineffective technology distribution methods, such as poor information packing, insufficient communication networks, and ineffective tactics, have been blamed for low agricultural output in various nations. As a result, agricultural information systems that bring together farmers, agricultural educators, researchers, extension agents, and farmers should be implemented. They serve as facilitators and communicators, assisting farmers in making decisions and ensuring that appropriate knowledge is applied to achieve the best results in terms of sustainable production and general rural development), as well as the private sector (support and input services, traders) to harness knowledge and information from various sources for better farming and improved livelihoods (FAO, 2005).
