Insecurity in the Northern states of Nigeria have continued unabated despite all the technical advancement by Nigerian government both the past and the present to neutralized terrorism in the zone Chukwu Solomon(2020)

The level of insecurity and incessant rate of kidnapping by Bokoharam which literally means western education is evil has forced students to stay ahome from fear of being kidnapped.

Some teachers however have being equally forced to relocate to a safer place. All this places a daunting challenges towards learning ability of children in the zone.

On December 11 Boko Haram terrorist launched a surprise attack on Government Science Secondary School Kankara Katsina State and kidnapped over 344 boys student. Ebonyi Tv(2020)
