Impact of ICT on marketing of small and medium scale business in Lagos State

INTRODUCTION

Recently, there has been an increase in the requirement to verify marketing activities across companies and determine the best strategy for fostering engagement and attribution among product shareholders in Lagos and throughout Nigeria (Solomon, 2003). The survey goes on to say that businesses are generally switching from the conventional methods that previously played a significant part in advertising and marketing to the quick-paced digital channels to advertise their products. Since digital channels have shown to be more effective and attributable than older traditional marketing channels like billboards, television, and radio, tracking cost per acquisition or attribution has become much easier. This is thanks to recent developments in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.
